Paper honeycomb panels
Our plates – pressure resistant – in any shape and size

Our paper honeycomb panels are used as intermediate layers in many areas of industry in logistics and storage. As protection against transport or storage damage, as filling material to fill empty spaces and buffer zones or in the form of interlayer strips. In the glass industry, for example, these protect against the formation of a vacuum between glass plates. Self-adhesive variants can also be requested. Many possibilities result in one goal – the protection of your product.
Our sheets can be manufactured in any desired shape and size and therefore offer maximum flexibility for your individual requirements. Thanks to their high compressive strength, our products are ideal for guaranteeing stability even with heavy weights.
Multi-way use is possible without any problems, which guarantees additional efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Can be manufactured in any desired shape and size
- Also possible as self-adhesive panel
- High compressive strength, even with heavy weight
- Fully recyclable through 100% paper & water soluble glue
- Multidirectional use possible

Raw material & product specifications
Our paper honeycomb panels consist of two main components: the liner as the outer layers and the core as the inner structure, connected by environmentally friendly glue. We offer various materials for the cover papers (liners): Testliner, Kraftliner, Grey Board and SK Board. The manufactured boards vary in dimensions, height and stability according to your requirements.
Product dimensions
We offer the following standard cell widths: Cell Small (corresponds to 12 mm +/- 2 mm), Cell Medium (corresponds to 16 mm +/- 2 mm) and Cell Large (corresponds to 22 mm +/- 2 mm), whereby the Cell Small with 12 mm is particularly resilient and therefore a standard product. The height of our paper honeycomb panels ranges from 10 – 135 mm, and we manufacture sizes up to 1,500 mm wide x 6,000 mm long. The standard width is 1,200 mm.
Further details can be found in our material combinations document.

Delivery or Collection
After successful quality control, we carefully prepare the dispatch so that your order arrives quickly and undamaged. Collection is also possible.

The paper honeycomb panel is the basis for all our further processed solutions.

It is used, for example, as a large-area intermediate layer for packaging products.

We offer stable Pallet lids in combination with our Edge protectors.

Width: Standard 1,200 mm, maximum 1,500 mm, matching cuts are possible
Length: Maximum 6,000 mm for panels and 4,000 mm for strips/cut-to-size pieces
Thickness: Minimum 8 – 10 mm, maximum 135 mm, higher thicknesses are also possible by gluing several paper honeycomb panels together
Yes, product samples in A4 format are available immediately. We can quickly produce further prototypes in the desired size on request.
Our products are manufactured to customer specifications, which is why we do not keep any stock. Please contact us if you need them at short notice.
Honeycomb boards should generally be loaded over their entire surface. Pressure point loads should be avoided to ensure the stability of the boards.
Our products are natural products and may change due to their organic structure.
